Built around one obsession.
Tassone Coffee Co is a micro roaster focused on one thing: coffee that actually tastes like something. We roast in small batches, source single origin beans, and get them to you as fresh as possible.
The Beginning
t started in 2020, on a little air roaster in the kitchen. Like a lot of pandemic hobbies, it filled time. Unlike most of them, it stuck.
We started sharing roasts with friends and family, got obsessive about the variables, upgraded to a small drum roaster, and eventually realised we’d gone well past hobby territory. Single origin coffees were the turning point. Once you taste a well-sourced bean roasted close to the cup, grocery store coffee becomes hard to go back to.
That’s still what drives this. Good beans, roasted in small quantities, shared with people who want to taste the difference.
